Limited Warranty

Moving Boundaries warrants that the SL-TDI and associated products are of usable quality and suitable for their intended use in accordance with applicable professional psychological standards. Unless specifically agreed to in writing by an officer of the company, Moving Boundaries makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Moving Boundaries is not responsible for any damages incurred in connection with the SL-TDI or associated materials, their use or misuse, scoring, or other services connected to its administration. Moving Boundaries is not liable for expenses incurred while using a test; for delays; for costs of substitute materials; or for possible lost income, grants, profits, or any other damages. At Moving Boundaries' option, purchasers may obtain replacement materials or a refund on all or a portion of the purchase price, based upon usability of the test.
