Teamwork
and Typology
Three
Modules for Promoting Team Effectiveness
|
This
application of the SL-TDI is based on the idea that team effectiveness
depends on 3 key areas of performance: (A) Timely, high quality
delivery of what is expected by key stakeholders in the environment,
(B) well articulated relationships within the team that capitalize
on the strengths and compensate for limitations of the overall
team and individual team members and, finally, (C) the existence
of consensually shared targets of achievement within the practical
reach of the team's compatibility
Because
consultants vary in when they like to address each of these
areas, Teamwork and Typology consists of three separate workbooks.
The teambuilding can begin with either Module A or
Module Bdepending on the consultant's assessment of
what would work best for the team.
