ELIZABETH KIRKHART, Ph.D.

Elizabeth is a licensed psychologist with a clinical practice in Portland, OR; she has more than 25 years of experience in management training and organization development within the US and abroad. She is co-author of Version 4 & 5 of the SL-TDI.

LARRY KIRKHART, Ph.D.

Larry has more than 25 years of experience teaching applied behavioral science at the graduate level for the University of Southern California, Syracuse University and the Federal Executive Institute. He has extensive experience doing management and organizational consulting in the US and abroad. He is co-author of Version 4 and 5 of the
SL-TDI.

MARTHA NEWELL, M. DIV.

Martha is a Jungian analyst with a clinical practice in Portland. She was formerly the Coordinator of Analyst Training for the C.G. Jung Institute of New York and served on the staff of the Jungian Analysts North Pacific. She was a contributor to the creation of Version 4 of the SL-TDI.

PAULINE ARNEBERG, Ph.D.

Pauline has served as a consultant to governments and private organizations throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Africa as well as hundreds of US organizations. She has designed and delivered workshops on career and life planning. She has been involved in psychology for over 25 years. Pauline taught in the International Training of Trainers Program at USC for more than 20 years.

SHARON BUCKMASTER, M.S.W.

Sharon has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors for 25 years. Her expertise includes leadership development, conflict resolutions, strategic planning, and large-scale system change projects. Sharon holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a certification in Organizational Development. She has also has completed advanced mediation training and is a founder and Executive Director of the Women's Center for Applied Leadership.

SLOANE DUGAN, Ph.D.

Sloane is on the faculty of the School of Business Administration, Calgary University where he teaches courses in executive and career development as well as other behavioral science courses. He has extensive international and domestic experience as a consultant and trainer. Currently he is completing his training to become a Jungian analyst.

ALANNA HEIN, M.P.A.

Alanna Hein has an established consulting practice in Beaverton, Oregon which focuses on valuing diversity, building high performing work teams, planning for and managing change, and facilitation skills. Alanna taught graduate and undergraduate courses in the business and management department for four years at Marylhurst College. She has been a Director of Human Resources, Senior Affirmative Action Officer for the Sate of Washington, Community Advocate, and Auditor.

DIANA LARSEN, B.A.

Diana is a senior consultant in organization development with Cumulus Consulting Corporation. She has 20 years of experience facilitating large and small groups, coaching managers and leaders and managing change. Diana is also a founding member and the Director of Curriculum Development for the Women's Center for Applied Leadership in Portland, OR.
