The 6-page SL-TDI Basic Report Includes:

  • The Basic Report cover page has the client's name in the upper right corner, a graphical image of the SL-TDI Type Modes and a statement describing the purposes of the report.
  • Page two describes the design characteristics of the inventory.
  • The third page presents the client's SL-TDI results in a numerical format based on raw scores obtained on each of the eight individual Type Mode™ scales and the four aggregate scales of Introverting, Extraverting, Perceiving and Judging. The Type Mode scales are arranged to show how much each of the four relevant Type Modes contributes to Perceiving and how much each of the other four scales contribute to Judging
  • Page four contains a graphical representation of SL-TDI results. These scores and the corresponding graph, which shows how the individual's psychological energy flows into each Type Mode, are based on percent scores and can, therefore, be used to compare the visual shape of one individual's results with another person's. In addition, the Type Mode Profile™ is presented on the lower part of the page. The Type Mode Profile shows the rank order of the eight Type Modes. The most influential Type Mode appears at the top and the least influential appears at the bottom. A very brief definition of each Type Mode is included in the Type Mode Profile.
  • Page five of the report provides a one paragraph definition of each of the eight Type Modes. The software user has the choice of printing the last page of the Report in language that is designed for general usage, for use in organizations, for use in medical environments or for an academic environment.
  • Page six provides references and suggested reading.

     THE FULL REPORT
  • The SL-TDI Full Report is 28 pages long. with four 11x17 fold out sections.
  • The cover shows the individual's name in the upper right, the the Type Mode graphic and describes the more complex purposes of the Full Report.
  • The next page gives a roadmap to the five parts of the Full Report.
  • Page 3 presents the core features of the SL-TDI so that the user can understand how the inventory works and how it generates information.
  • Part 1 (pages 4 and 5) shows SL-TDI results in exactly the way as the Basic Report—a page that is a numerical representation of SL-TDI results and a page that is a graphical representation and has the Type Mode Profile.
  • Part II addresses Introverting and Extraverting. It starts with a section on introverting, describes what is involved in introverted perceiving and introverted judging and portrays the individuals scores with comments about strengths and limitations. Extraverting is treated similarly in the next section. At the end of the section there is a comparison of how much overall introverting and extraverting the individual does and commentary about implications.
  • Part III of the report, which addresses Perceiving and Judging, is structured the same way as Part II.
  • Part IV focuses on the individual's Type Mode Profile and discusses the relative role of each Type Mode depending on its position in the overall rank order of influence. The four levels of influence portrayed in this part of the report are Dominant, Auxiliary, Mid-Mode and Least Used.
  • Part V has the individual use the paragraph long definitions of the eight Type Modes to build an individually crafted personality description. References and suggested readings appear on the last page.
  • The 28-page SL-TDI Full Report Includes:
  • The results of the SL-TDI are presented in a numerical format that shows the relative contribution of each Type Mode to introverted and extraverted perceiving, overall perceiving, introverted and extraverted judging and overall judging, introverted perceiving and introverted judging to overall introverting and, finally, extraverted perceiving and extraverted judging to extraverting (1 p.) The Type Deployment Graph is a graphical portrayal of the results of the SL-TDI. (1 p.). This page includes a table that shows the rank order of influence of each of the eight Type Modes(Dominant, Auxiliary, Mid-Mode or Least Used) and provides a set of key descriptors for each.
  • Four pages of material on the significance of the individual's SL-TDI scores for Extraverting. A comparable 4-pages of material on Introverting.
  • A description of the relative emphasis the individual places on Extraverting and Introverting and, further, the relative contribution of the relevant four Type Modes to the process of Introverting and Extraverting (total of 2 pages).
  • Four pages of material on the significance of the individual's SL-TDI scores for Perceiving. A comparable 4-pages of material on Judging.and, further, the relative contribution of the relevant four Type Modes to the process of Perceiving and Judging
  • A 3-page section on the Type Mode Profile that shows the relative influence of the eight Type Modes and, depending on each one's level of influence (Dominant, Auxiliary, Mid-Mode or Least Used) discusses the characteristics of the Type Mode's influence on personality functioning and expression.
  • A set of concise definitions of the eight Type Modes framed in language that can be either General, Academic, Managerial, or Medical
