The SL-TDI shows how much each of the eight Type Modes are used by the individual and recognizes that how each Type Modes is expressed is dynamic and varies somewhat from life situation to life situation. In addition, the SL-TDI shows how much each of the four Type Modes that contribute to introverting, extraverting, perceiving and judging influence each of these more global forms of personality expression. Most importantly, conclusions about how the individual introverts, extraverts, perceives and judges are drawn from actual measurement of what the individual does.
